inch deep well which accommodates both food pans and ice to provide
long holding times. Padded with extra-thick polyurethane foam
insulation to hold ice longer and hold down labor costs. The 1
inch drain removes standing water and makes cleanup easy, while the
20-gauge 304 stainless steel work area resist corrosion and ensures
durability. NSF Certified.
